Music For The Winter Solstice

A great time to open the ears.

by Dr. Jaime Fritsch, DACM, L.Ac.

I want to thank you guys for reading and I hope you continue to get something out of it. If your life has become more rich, beautiful, healthy, or fulfilling by reading any of these posts, then I have succeeded in my goal with this undertaking.

I’ve compiled some music (see playlist below) for you to unwind with on or around the upcoming winter solstice on December 21. You can use the time listening to let go of things that aren’t working for you anymore and invite in some new ways of being that could work better next year. The key though is to try not to try. Relax and let it all come to you. There’s always time to overthink things and freak out later.

Thank you again for joining me on this ride.

— Jaime

Simply allow yourself to be empty, an empty continuity which is also awake or cognizant. Within that state, everything can then unfold freely. Open mind is the basis. Remember, empty does not mean vacant; it means wide open.
